Texas & Pacific Lofts
The Texas & Pacific (T & P) Lofts have a great New York – SoHo style interior with original terrazzo flooring, high ceilings, and lots of exposed brick and duct work giving these condos an industrial feel. The large windows in the units from the higher floors offer fantastic views of the downtown Fort Worth Skyline. Easy access to trains to DFW Airport and Downtown Dallas make this a great commuter or traveler’s paradise. The original tower was built in 1931 and then a modern mid-rise building was added in 2006.

Are the T&P Lofts in a Historic Building?
T&P Lofts are in the old Texas & Pacific Railway corporate office and depot. The 12-story building was designed and built by Wyatt C. Hedrick in 1931. The T&P conversion to residential lofts began in 2005 and a modern mid-rise building was added.
Are the Texas & Pacific Lofts Affordable?
Well, affordability is relative so it's hard to answer that for an individual person. But we can say these are some of the lowest-priced high-rise condos in Fort Worth, with one and two bedroom condos available for under $300,000.
